A member of Metro Mechanical since 1997, Phillips supersedes company founder Frank White as President
JACKSON, MS (May 1, 2023) – Metro Mechanical, A Fidelity Company, a full-service commercial HVAC/Mechanical systems provider headquartered in Central Mississippi with multiple locations in Mississippi and Louisiana, announces today the appointment of Bryan Phillips to President.
In his new role, Phillips will lead the entire company and oversee all business development, service, project design & installation, and administrative groups at Metro Mechanical. Phillips is also committed to strategic growth through outstanding customer service at all levels. In addition to his role as President of Metro Mechanical, Phillips is a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG).
Phillips joined Metro Mechanical in 1997 and most recently served as Vice President of Operations, where he led the organization’s design-build team and oversaw service operations. He takes over for Frank White, who retired on April 28, 2023, after serving as President since 1994 when he founded the company.

Phillips also plans to continue the mission of White, who believed in using leading-edge industry technology and embracing change to stay ahead of competitors and at the forefront of client needs.

In addition to his experience with Metro Mechanical, Phillips served in the Mississippi Army National Guard and completed the Project Management for Mechanical Construction program at Purdue University. He graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology.
