Available Positions

Sheet Metal Mechanic

Experienced with the fabrication and installation of commercial duct systems. Includes high pressure duct, spiral, and kitchen hood systems. Must be familiar with the installation of all types of HVAC equipment such as fans, VAVs, AHUs, heaters, RTUs, and louvers. Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and submittals.

Pipe Fitter/Welder

Must be experienced with the fabrication and installation of commercial chilled and hot water systems, boilers, pumps, chillers, steam systems, and gas piping. Good math skills are required. Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and submittals.

Plumber

Licensed journeymen plumbers experienced from rough-in to installation of fixtures including domestic water, sanitary, medical gas, or site utilities. New construction and renovation of all type buildings. Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and submittals.

HVAC Technician

Experienced with the installation and start-up of refrigeration piping, control systems, variable refrigeration systems, packaged units, split systems, chillers, boilers, and cooling towers. Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications and submittals.

Apprentice

Metro Mechanical hires and trains people willing to learn the trade. Individuals must be career-oriented and willing to learn.

Support

Metro Mechanical also hires warehouse workers, logistics personnel, office support, and various other positions within the company on an as needed basis.
